You will reap the benefits of massage when it becomes a regular part of your life. Rather than just considering massage as an occasional treat or as pampering, it can be a non-medical adjunct that addresses structural issues and discomfort. One of my goals is for us to work together to take better care of your long-term health.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling and what you want to accomplish in order to best help you. Be sure to let me know everything that is bothering you. IMPORTANTLY, you are the boss in our relationship. I want you to feel free to communicate anything you want in terms of pressure, location, duration, room temperature, music volume, ANYTHING. In turn, I will address the areas most important to you during your treatment, and not just do some standard routine.
As a nutritional expert and consultant, as well as a personal fitness trainer since 1997, I will be happy to share my wealth of knowledge about food and exercise to support your well-being.
